OK mister. I have every one of your books and need another! I am overdue for my Christopher fix. I would looove to have one on the hotels you visit and the rooms they inspire. Any chance of this? Just whip yourself up a nice cocktail, have a seat and write a nice book for me. Please?

To the person in the previous message that was having a tough Christmas one year, I hope you are doing well now. I think we all have been where you were at one point and I am so glad you found solace. Your in my prayers today for continued happiness in your life.

    Dear Christopher,

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays, etc!!

Your genius show(s) are sorely missed on those "other" channels! (What the bleep is wrong with those program directors??)

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you belatedly for something unrelated to design, actually....

Several years ago, I was watching your show on Christmas Day. I had just lost both my parents, and really didn't think I would make it through the day.

Your show came on, and you very kindly acknowledged the people out there who may have lost just about everything, and who maybe were not having such a merry Christmas. For whatever reason, that meant so much to me, and I suppose it's because of you that I did make it through.

Anyway, thank you for that, and I am looking forward to seeing your show(s) again soon on those "other" channels.

    Happy New Year Christopher!

I'm reading "7 layers of Organization" & finally had a breakthrough. I think I've read every organization book out there; I'd rather read about organizing than take it on. Today, I finally understood that the reason I can't declutter is that I've somehow associated having the clutter with having more time to declutter it, kind of like people who buy books thinking it will buy time to read them. I have major health issues & organizing would be very beneficial to all aspects of my health, but I'm very scared to get started. Please wish me luck! V, inundated in Seattle

Happy Holidays Christopher! I really love Worth that Room. I had a question about show # FLWTR-107 (Going Global). What were the paint colors used (there was a golden yellow and also a light green). They were truly lovely and I would like to use them in my own home.

I love your site and you're such an inspiration to me! I run my own interior decor business, LeKitty Gothique, and you were amongst the many reasons why I started it!

Thanks and keep up the awesome work!

Hi Christopher, long time fan and would love for you to attack my living room I am stumped...I will figure it out eventually..
My question is I fell in love with a bedroom you had done in the past shows that was purple and I remember you added gold accents..not sure if you also went green or blue in there I am lost...My hubby said I can go purple but I don't think I want the whole room..too small for that..any help or advise on what article or video to look up will be appreciated.

Hi hb, Did you know that the number one question Christopher gets asked is about color? As Christopher says,"paint is the quickest and easiest way to transform any space and if you don't like it, all you have to do is repaint." Here, on the site, there are several areas from which you can draw inspiration. From the paint area, which is under the Products tab, to Christopher's Seven Layers, which is under Design. This site is full of possibilities. But, here is resource that not a lot of people know about. It is under Media, Listen to Show, use the menu to find Color Courage. In the fifth segment you can hear Christopher talking about color selection. I hope you find this helpful and best of luck with the project. Let us know what happens.

I was watching episode FLWTR-106. We really like the sliding wall. Where can these be purchased? We are looking for a way to separate our kitchen and family room as we need to. We like the openness but sometimes it would be beniffical to separate the rooms.

Hi Melissa, The shoji screen on tracks were custom designed for the Shade hotel and something similiar was used at the home. If you try searching "shoji screen on tracks" numerous results are returned. I hope you find something that meets your needs.

Christopher’s Color Courage Matching System. It said it was at Joann's but I went on their website and it says Item not found. Christopher has impeccable taste and since I have none, I'm going to let him guide me through design. If you have any ideas on where to get this, can you please post it?
    Thanks so much....

Hi Salsa, Thank you for your question. The Color Courage Matching System is an in-store only item. You may want to try one of the larger local stores. Here is a link to locate the store closest to you. http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CATID=stores. For more ideas about color you can look under Paint, which is under the Products tab or check out the Seven Layers videos under Design. Good Luck!

Congrats Chris, I have missed you on TV. I have been watching you from "Interior Motives". I would like to purchase your 7 layers of design, I prefer visual than written form. Do you have this on DVDs? Thanks for responding. I see you are now on the Fine Living network, I just found out while viewing your website today, another chance to see you, nice. Keep up the great work. Good luck.
